Steps to Create the Cart Rule: "Buy any necklace above 3000 and get 20% off on rings"​

  1. Navigate to Cart Rule Section:

    • Go to the "Cart Rules" configuration section in the admin panel of your website.

  2. Rule Information:

    • Name: Enter "Buy any necklace above 3000 and get 20% off on rings".
    • Description: Provide the same description as "Buy any necklace above 3000 and get 20% off on rings".
    • Coupon Type: Select "No Coupon" to automatically apply the discount.
    • Active Date Range:
      • Set "From" as Friday, April 26, 2024.
      • Set "To" as Saturday, April 26, 2025.
    • Priority: Enter "4" to ensure the rule is processed appropriately among other rules.
    • Show on Deal Page: Select "Active".
    • Cover Image: Upload an image to represent the offer (mandatory).
    • Status: Toggle to enable the rule.

  3. Conditions:

    • Set Condition Type to "All Conditions are True".
    • Add Conditions:
      • Attribute Type: "Category" -> Condition: "Is Equal To" -> Category: "Necklace".
      • Attribute Type: "Price" -> Condition: "Equals To or Greater Than" -> Value: 3000.

  4. Actions:

    • Where to Apply Action:
      • Select "Individual Products in Cart".
      • Add a condition:
        • Attribute Type: "Product Category" -> Condition: "Is Equal To" -> Category: "Rings".
        • Max Quantity: Enter "1" (apply discount to one product only).
    • Set the Action:
      • Action Type: "Percentage Amount".
      • Discount Percentage: Enter "20".
    • End Other Rules: Select "No" to allow stacking with other active rules.

  5. Save and Activate:

    • Click the "Update" button to save the rule.
    • Ensure the status toggle is switched to "Active" for immediate application.

Notes:​

  • Test the cart rule by adding eligible products to the cart to verify that the discount applies correctly.
  • Update the rule name, priority, or date range as needed to align with future campaigns.
